Henan Tongrun Metal Tech

Founded in 2009, Henan Tongrun Metal Products Technology Development Co., Ltd. (formerly Wenhan Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.) is a research-oriented enterprise in China’s metal products industry, specializing in R&D, production and sales of Lubricant for metal wire drawing and quenching fluids. With a registered capital of 10 million yuan, 28 employees, 2 senior engineers and 3 external doctoral supervisors from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it has one research cooperation unit and one product testing base.

Committed to localizing steel wire production accessories, focusing on user needs and driven by innovation, it has developed products like the patented water quenching equipment and additive (2010) and HH-108 lubricant for metal wire drawing (2013, the first domestic product to replace imports). At present, the HH-108 lubricant for metal wire drawing has been widely used in steel cord production enterprises in Jiangsu, Henan, Shandong, Hubei and other provinces.

The successful development of the HH-108 lubricant for metal wire drawing has made great contributions to steel cord enterprises in reducing manufacturing costs and improving market competitiveness. The company adheres to honest operation, technological leadership and revitalizing national industry, pursuing continuous development through innovation.

HH-110 Water Bath Quenching Fluid was awarded a national invention patent.
HH-108 Lubricant for Metal Wire Drawing became the first product in China to completely replace imported alternatives.
The new factory was put into operation, with an annual output of 6,000 tons.
SU-118 Lubricant for Metal Wire Drawing, suitable for ST/UT steel cords, has been highly recognized by the market.
The company was accredited as a high-tech enterprise, and concurrently developed environmentally friendly lubricants.
HH-200 Lubricant for Metal Wire Drawing was successfully launched and applied in the market.
